Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or made-to-order items.
Each piece is created specifically for you, so please double-check all customization details before placing your order.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right.
For non-personalized items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
