New logos need a one-time $30 digitizing fee. Orders of 25+ pieces are quoted individually. Order minimum $50. You'll approve a digital proof before anything is stitched.

Every piece is made to order in our studio in Bohemia, NY. Turnaround is 7–10 business days for up to 11 pieces and 10–14 business days for larger orders, counted from proof approval. Rush is available at +30%.

Because every item is custom, embroidered pieces can't be returned or exchanged. If something isn't right with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll make it right.
