Volume discounts are 10% at 12 pieces, 15% at 25 and 20% at 50, applied automatically at checkout. No code needed. Tiers count garments, not embroidery placements. Orders of 100 pieces or more are quoted individually. Sizes 2XL +$3 and 3XL +$5. Adding an individual name is $8 per piece, $6 on hats — that is one hooping per garment rather than a batch run, which is why it carries its own charge. Polos and premium brands such as Nike, Adidas, Carhartt and The North Face are quoted separately.
Already have the apparel?
Send us your own garments and we will embroider them. A logo placement is $20, a name or text only is $18, and a logo plus an individual name is $32. Volume pricing here starts at 25 pieces rather than 12, because there is no garment purchase for us to buy down, and it is quoted rather than automatic.
A signed Customer-Supplied Garment Agreement is required before work begins. We handle every piece carefully and we proof before stitching, but embroidery is permanent and we cannot cover replacement of a garment you supply.

Logo digitizing
New logos need a one-time $30 fee to convert your artwork into an embroidery file. It is waived on orders of 25 pieces and up, and the file stays yours, so every reorder skips it entirely. Text-only personalization needs no digitizing at all.

How it works
- Send your logo. Vector is best — AI, EPS or SVG. High-resolution PNG or PDF also works. A photo of a business card is fine too; we will tell you what we can do with it.
- Get a quote within 24 hours. Real numbers, not a range.
- Approve your proof. You see placement, size and thread colors before anything is stitched.
- We embroider. 7 to 10 business days for up to 11 pieces, 10 to 14 for larger orders, counted from proof approval rather than from when you order. Rush turnaround is available at +30%.
- Pick up or ship. Free pickup in Bohemia. Nationwide shipping, and we can ship to individual addresses for team orders.

Common questions
Is there a minimum order?
There is no piece minimum — a single hat is a real order. We do have a $50 order minimum overall. Volume discounts start at 12 pieces.
Can you supply the apparel too?
Yes. Prices above include the garment. For anything outside our standard catalog, send us the garment type, quantity and design and we will come back within 24 hours.
Do you offer youth sizes?
Yes, for sports teams, dance and school orders. Note youth sizing when you request your quote.
How does local drop-off work?
We arrange a meetup in Bohemia or nearby on Long Island. Contact us after ordering and we will coordinate a time.
My logo is complicated. Will it work?
Embroidery has limits, especially on caps. We will tell you at the proof stage what needs simplifying — before it is stitched, not after.
Do I own the stitch file?
Yes. It is yours, and reorders never pay digitizing again.
Do you ship outside Long Island?
Yes, nationwide with tracking. Rush shipping available on request.
