Ordering 12 or more? Volume discounts apply automatically at checkout: 10% off 12+ pieces, 15% off 25+ and 20% off 50+. Sizes 2XL +$3 and 3XL +$5. An individual name is $8 per piece ($6 on hats). Carhartt, Nike and other premium brands are quoted separately.
Already have the apparel?
Drop off or ship us your garments and we will embroider them. Logo $20, name $18, logo + name $32 per piece. Orders of 25+ pieces are quoted individually. We proof before stitching, but embroidery is permanent and we cannot cover replacement of a garment you supply.

Logo digitizing
New logos need a one-time $30 fee to turn your artwork into an embroidery file. Your logo stays on file, so reorders skip it. Text-only personalization needs no digitizing.
How it works
- Send your logo. Vector is best (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF). A high-resolution PNG works too.
- Get a quote within 24 hours. Real numbers, not a range.
- Approve your proof. You see placement, size and thread colors before anything is stitched.
- We embroider. 7–10 business days for up to 11 pieces, 10–14 for larger orders, counted from payment and proof approval. Rush is available at +30%.
- Pick up or ship. Free pickup on Long Island, or nationwide shipping.

Common questions
Is there a minimum order?
No piece minimum. A single hat is a real order. The overall order minimum is $50.
Can I mix sizes, colors and names?
Yes. Mix sizes freely, and add a different name to every piece.
My logo is complicated. Will it work?
We will tell you at the proof stage what needs simplifying, before anything is stitched.
Do I own the stitch file?
Your logo stays on file with us, and reorders never pay digitizing again.
Do you ship outside Long Island?
Yes, nationwide with tracking.
