Send your logo
Email your artwork to info@sidelineatelier.com. Vector files preferred (.ai, .eps, .svg). High-res PNG or PDF also accepted.
Approve your proof
We digitize your logo and send a digital proof within 24 hours. Production begins after your approval.
Drop off or ship your garments
Long Island customers arrange a convenient meetup. Out-of-area customers ship directly to us.
Receive your order
Every piece is embroidered and inspected. Local pickup or shipped with tracking. Standard turnaround 5–7 business days after approval.
Common questions
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Single-item orders are welcome at full rate. Volume discounts start at 12 pieces.
Can you supply the apparel too?
Yes — for bulk orders we offer two blank tiers: budget (Gildan, Port & Co) and premium (Comfort Colors). See the pricing table above. Request a quote with your garment type, quantity, and design and we'll send a tailored breakdown within 24 hours.
Do you offer youth sizes?
Yes — Comfort Colors youth garment-dyed tees (sizes XS–XL) are available for youth sports teams, dance, and school orders. Just note youth sizing when you request your quote.
How does local drop-off work on Long Island?
We arrange a convenient meetup at a public location — contact us after ordering and we'll coordinate a time.
What logo file do you need?
Vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg) are best. High-res PNG or JPG works too. Don't have a clean file? Let us know — we can often work with what you have.
What is the digitizing fee?
A one-time $55 fee to convert your logo into an embroidery file. Only charged once per design — all future reorders use the same file for free.
Do you ship outside Long Island?
Yes — we ship nationwide with tracking. Rush shipping available on request.
