All sweatshirts are available in unisex sizing. For a relaxed, cozy fit, order your usual size. For an oversized look, size up.

Personalization

All personalized orders are embroidered exactly as written — letter for letter, character for character.

⚠️ Please double-check your spelling, capitalization, and initials before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, and we cannot make changes once an order is in production.

All personalized orders are final sale. Because each piece is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

Custom Orders

Yes, we do custom embroidery for businesses, teams, clubs and medical practices! Here's how it works:

  • Send your logo — PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, or even a sketch
  • We digitize it — one-time $30 fee for a new logo; it stays on file for reorders
  • Approve the proof — we send a digital preview within 24 hours, before production
  • We embroider & deliver — free pickup in Bohemia, NY, or shipping nationwide

Prices include the garment and one left-chest logo: T-shirts from $36, crewnecks from $40, hoodies and quarter-zips from $48. Volume discounts apply automatically: 10% off 12+ pieces, 15% off 25+ and 20% off 50+. See all prices →

Care Instructions

To keep your embroidery looking sharp:

  • Machine wash cold with mild detergent
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Iron on low heat — avoid ironing directly over embroidery

Production time: 7–10 business days for up to 11 pieces, 10–14 business days for larger orders. Rush is available at +30%.

  • International orders: 7–21 business days, depending on location

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.
