All personalized orders are embroidered exactly as written — letter for letter, character for character.

⚠️ Please double-check your spelling, capitalization, and initials before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, and we cannot make changes once an order is in production.

All personalized orders are final sale. Because each piece is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

Yes, we do custom embroidery for teams, clubs, and businesses! Here's how it works:

• Send your logo — PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, or even a sketch
• We digitize it — one-time fee included with your first order
• Approve the mockup — we send a digital preview before production
• We embroider & ship — on premium Gildan 18000 crewnecks
