Good to know

The 50/50 blend resists shrinking and pilling better than all-cotton, which is why it holds up in a uniform rotation. New logos need a one-time $30 digitizing fee; your logo stays on file for reorders. 2XL +$3, 3XL +$5. Individual names mean one hooping per piece, not a batch run, which is why they carry their own charge.

Shipping & Returns

Every piece is made to order in our studio in Bohemia, NY. Turnaround is 7–10 business days for up to 11 pieces and 10–14 business days for larger orders, counted from proof approval. Rush is available at +30%.

Because every item is custom, embroidered pieces can't be returned or exchanged. If something isn't right with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll make it right.
