A one-time fee to convert your logo artwork into an embroidery file. This is the step that turns a JPG, PNG or vector file into stitch paths a machine can sew, and it is what separates clean embroidery from a puckered mess.

Pricing

$30, charged once per logo and waived on orders of 25 pieces or more. Unusually complex or dense artwork — fine detail, very small lettering, heavy fill or badge designs — may need a custom quote. We tell you before charging anything.

What you get

• Your artwork converted to a production embroidery file
• A digital proof to approve before anything is stitched
• The file stays yours, so every reorder with the same logo skips this fee entirely

Good to know

Text-only personalization does not need digitizing. Names, monograms and lettering are stitched from built-in fonts at no extra charge.
